New cornice work and jesmonite work to match existing stone
Hamptons was designed and built in 2007 by Jarvis Developments. This mock Georgian home boasts 8 bedrooms, a cinema room and a swimming pool.
The cornice used inside the house is also a Georgian style – large on the ground floor with a smaller version created for the upper levels. Several bands and mouldings were added to create a unique look to the properties interior.
Jesmonite has also been used on the exterior of the building to match existing stone features.
