Plasterwork in Georgian Style
Roziers is a superb neo-Georgian house built in the 1990’s of pale brick. Its inset sash windows blend period style with modern efficiency. Internally, the property was completely stripped and rebuilt.
The cornice used on the ground floor and landing was one of our large Georgian styles with a smaller version on the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Several plaster features were added to the main rooms including full height panels to walls and ceilings in the sitting room and a bespoke archway connecting this to the dining room.
Ceiling rose spins add to the grandeur of the property and enhance the clients use of chandeliers. A smaller arch was fitted between the main bedroom and the dressing room to soften the door opening. Three large cornice radiuses were custom built for the curved sections of the house.
